Wellness Visit
Our Wellness Visit service is a holistic, personalized approach to improving overall health and well-being. During each session, we integrate a variety of therapeutic and fitness techniques designed to meet your specific goals, whether you're looking to enhance mobility, build strength, or improve endurance.
The visit begins with a thorough assessment of your current physical condition and goals. From there, we tailor the session to your needs, combining:

Cardiovascular Endurance Training: Activities designed to increase heart and lung health, boosting stamina and energy levels, with intensity adjusted to match your fitness level.

Our exercise programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a professional and effective manner. We offer personalized programs that cater to your specific needs, whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, enhance your aesthetics, or boost your athletic performance. Our sessions are available in 30 or 45-minute increments and include a comprehensive exercise program that covers cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and mobility exercises. With one-on-one guidance from your personal fitness coach, you can be confident that you'll receive the professional support you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Manual Therapy Visit
Our clinic offers personalized hands-on manual therapy visits that cater to your unique requirements. Our skilled therapists use a range of techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, cupping, passive stretching, manual traction, contract-relax, and other hands-on techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility.
