Hands-on techniques aimed at decreasing compression of the neck and spine, along with providing appropriate pressure to joints in specific directions to promote mobility and reduce pain during active movements. These techniques can be applied to all joints, including the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, upper and lower back, hips, knees, and ankles.

DRY NEEDLING â€‹
 

Functional dry needling is a therapeutic technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific trigger points in muscles to alleviate pain, improve muscle function, and enhance mobility by targeting muscular dysfunctions.

RED LIGHT CUPPING â€‹
 

A technique using heated, red light therapy cups to promote blood flow, pain reduction, relaxation, mobility and healing of the tissues.

Exercises aimed at improving mobility and flexibility to ensure the person is using full range of motion with all strength training, sports and daily activities. 

EXERCISE PROGRAMS​
 

Programs created for the individual based on their goals which can include body weight exercises, dumbbell and barbell strength training, core strengthening, plyometrics, agility training, functional exercises.

TAPING AND FLOSS​
 

Exercises performed with taping and flossing techniques geared towards re-educating mechanics to reduce pain and improve mobility
